August 1996 - Nr. Bude

It was this year in Bournemouth that I first discovered "The Spider-Man Band", they were basically a large walking band that all dressed as spider-man whist they played. I was remembering my sheer excitment at seeing them, and fascination with their outfits, when I looked behind me to see a large group of walkers following me down the hill; my very own spider-man band! I looked at them with fascination and as they passed slipped in amongst them to join in their conversations. They were a lovely walking club on a trip from
